Skulle startet på 8 grader og sluttet på 10 under gjæring,
men ble 9 til 12 i stedet.
Min vurdering:
Et nydelig øl. Sannsynligvis det beste jeg har laget. Dyp burgunderrød med et gyllent fint skum.
Et flott maltdrev med en balansert bitterhet og litt godt med sødme. Kansje en tanke for mye alkoholsmak.vil kansje utjevne seg ved enda mer lagring (er bare 4 mnd ved vurderingen).
